| No Government Mind Control !?! So, you don't believe the U.S. government is spending tax dollars on mind control technology? Consider the following: We recently received a copy of a letter to the Southern California Edison Company Health Research and Evaluation Division. The author indicates he has received no response to date. Here are the first two paragraphs of the letter. Following it are links to two websites containing more very disturbing information... Dear Dr. xxxx, I have become aware of the disturbing fact that the Southern California Edison Company is participating in covert electromagentic testing programs. The Southern California Edison Company is presently utilizing transformers (located on common power poles) that are actually operational platforms for advanced electronic equipment. Concealed within or on some of the cylindrical casings of the company's operated transformers and/or "dummy" transformers, are highly sophisticated electronic devices. These devices generate focused emissions of electromagnetic energy which are aimed and discharged by a fire control tracking systems targeting human beings. The Department of Defense refers to such technologies as "directed energy systems". This particular form of dosimetry/exposure assessment research qualifies as covert testing of involuntary human subjects. As to the telephone pole deployment of these "directed energy systems", the following operational conditions apply: 1. The actual emitters (directed energy systems) are cleverly concealed from view. When seen from the outside/below, the public sees only a transformer, not the gadgetry hidden inside. 2. The electric power (and communications links) to operate these devices is right at hand on the pole. 3. Being mounted high up in the air affords the ideal position providing for wide angles of directed fire in the targeting of human test subjects below.
